The method comprises the following steps: embedding the piezoelectric intelligent aggregates in pairs in the concrete-filled steel tube structure in advance; excitating the intelligent aggregates through a signal generator; collecting the output signal of the piezoelectric intelligent aggregates corresponding to the inner part of a concrete-filled steel tube through a signal collection system; interchanging two intelligent aggregate functions; repeatedly excitating and signal receiving processes; carrying out analytical processing on the signals acquired at two times, so as to obtain the index of similarity level of the signals acquired at two times; and estimating the compaction status in the concrete-filled steel tube by utilizing the index.
