The invention relates to liquid crystal display devices, in particular to an array substrate, a repair method for broken lines of the array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a common electrode, pixel electrodes, thin film transistors, grid lines and data lines, wherein the grid lines and the data lines are arranged in a crossed mode to form a plurality of pixel areas which are arranged in a matrix mode, a plurality of patterns which are of a strip-shaped and hole-shaped structure are respectively arranged the common electrode above each pixel area, the grid lines, the data lines and the common electrode are manufactured on different layers and mutually overlap with one another in a partial mode, and a pattern which is of a first hole-shaped structure is arranged at the position, corresponding to the crossed position of each grid line and each date line, of the common electrode. Due to the design of the patterns of a common electrode layer, the broken lines of the data lines and the grid lines on the array substrate can be conveniently and rapidly repaired, limitation of the number of the broken lines is overcome by repair of the broken lines of the data lines, and product yield of the array substrate is effectively improved.

Offloading arrangements and method for spread moored FPSOs

A mooring arrangement between a floating storage body spread moored in deep water and a shuttle tanker, the arrangement including a single point buoyant member that is adapted for mooring a shuttle tanker in offloading position relative to a floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) with a link between the floating storage body and the single point buoyant member. One embodiment (100) of the invention employs a submerged yoke (30), having one end (31) rotatably coupled to a FPSO (10) and a second end (32), supported by a buoy. A mooring hawser (28) extends from the buoy to the shuttle tanker and product hoses connect the shuttle tanker with the FPSO and extend along the submerged yoke. In another embodiment, the mooring buoy is stationed by a hold-back mooring system (303–304) and the FPSO or the tanker or both is provide with traction device (308) to move the tanker into loading position with respect to the FPSO. Other embodiments of the invention establish mooring of a shuttle tanker so that it can weathervane 360 degrees during offloading activity. In another embodiment, the mooring buoy (600) is provided with a dynamic positioning system (614) for controlling shuttle tanker positioning with respect to conditions of the environment or for moving the tanker to a desired position during loading.

Offloading arrangements for speard moored FPSOs

A mooring arrangement between a floating storage body spread moored in deep water and a shuttle tanker, the arrangement including a single point buoyant member that is adapted for mooring a shuttle tanker in offloading position relative to a floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) with a link between the floating storage body and the single point buoyant member. One embodiment (100) of the invention employs a submerged yoke (30), having one end (31) rotatably coupled to a FPSO (10) and a second end (32), supported by a buoy. A mooring hawser (28) extends from the buoy to the shuttle tanker and product hoses connect the shuttle tanker with the FPSO and extend along the submerged yoke. In another embodiment, the mooring buoy is stationed by a hold-back mooring system (303-304) and the FPSO or the tanker or both is provided with traction devices (308) to move the tanker into loading position with respect to the FPSO. Other embodiments of the invention establish mooring of a shuttle tanker so that it can weathervane 360 degrees during offloading activity. In another embodiment, the mooring buoy (600) is provided with a dynamic positioning system (614) for controlling shuttle tanker positioning with respect to conditions of the environment or for moving the tanker to a desired position during loading.

The invention relates to an alloy type thermal fuse with high ampere capacity, which can act as a protective action to devices, such as a power accumulator and the like, with the properties of large current. When the devices, such as a power battery and the like, are in an abnormal temperature rise state, the alloy type thermal fuse can be automatically switched off so as to prevent the occurrence of the accidents of explosion or fire and the like of the devices, such as the power accumulator and the like, because of overtemperature. Because the alloy type thermal fuse and the devices with the properties of the large current run in series, the alloy type thermal fuse must bear large current. In order to solve this problem, a plurality of alloy wires with low melting point (containing two alloy wires with low melting point) are welded between two metal electrodes with favorable weldability in parallel, and the periphery of each alloy wire with low melting point is also provided with a fusing assistant material, so that the condition that each alloy wire with low melting point is quickly and completely retracted to the electrodes can be promoted after each alloy wire with low melting point is heated and fused, thereby switching off the large current safely.

The invention relates to a pneumatic quick connector which comprises a female connector connected with an air inlet pipe and a male connector connected with an air outlet pipe, wherein an air outlet end of the female connector is fixedly provided with a locking sleeve; the inner holes of the female connector and the locking sleeve are internally provided with a check valve core with an exhaust channel; an air inlet end of the male connector is communicated with the exhaust channel of the check valve core; a guide sleeve is clamped between the locking sleeve and the inner wall of the female connector; the check valve core is movably penetrated in the inner hole of the guide sleeve; a valve core spring is supported between the guide sleeve and the check valve core; the head part of the check valve core is sealed, forms a taper shape and is opposite to the air inlet direction of the female connector; the excircle of the head part of the check valve core is provided with a sealing ring slot, and an O-shaped sealing ring is embedded in the sealing ring slot; and the side wall at the front end of the check valve core is provided with an air inlet communicated with the exhaust channel of the check valve core. The invention can realize the quick on-off of an air conveyer pipeline, has a check function for preventing air leakage during turning off and also has the advantages of less loss and convenient and quick on-off operations.
