The invention discloses a self-pressurized device with a
high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber of a closed air loop
air suspension system and relates to closed
air channel air suspension systems with self-pressurized mechanisms. The self-pressurized device with the
high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber of the closed air loop
air suspension system comprises a
solenoid valve (a), a one-way valve (a), a one-way valve (b), a
piston, a
piston rod, a one-way valve (c), a one-way valve (d), an
air pump, a two-position three-way
solenoid valve, the
high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber. The inner structure of the low pressure chamber is a cylindrical cavity, two end surfaces of the low pressure chamber are respectively provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the
piston is arranged in the middle of the cavity, and the low pressure chamber is separated into an upper working cavity and a lower working cavity. An
air spring receives air from the
high pressure chamber for being inflated as needed, the air is discharged into the low pressure chamber through the one-way valves when the air needs to be discharged, and the air discharged from the
air spring is pressurized in an up and down vibration
stroke of the low pressure chamber which is externally driven by a suspension and then is inflated into the
high pressure chamber to form a closed air loop. The self-pressurized device with the
high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber of the closed air loop air suspension
system can effectively recover and recycle the air energy discharged from the
air spring to achieve the purpose of energy saving of the air suspension system.
