Disclosed are a patterning method of a metal oxide thin film using nanoimprinting, and a manufacturing method of a light emitting diode (LED). The method for forming a metal oxide thin film pattern using nanoimprinting includes: coating a photosensitive metal-organic material precursor solution on a substrate; preparing a mold patterned to have a protrusion and depression structure; pressurizing the photosensitive metal-organic material precursor coating layer with the patterned mold; forming a cured metal oxide thin film pattern by heating the pressurized photosensitive metal-organic material precursor coating layer or by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the pressurized photosensitive metal-organic material precursor coating layer while being heated; and removing the patterned mold from the metal oxide thin film pattern, and selectively further includes annealing the metal oxide thin film pattern. Within this, there is provided a method for forming a metal dioxe thin film pattern using nano imprinting, which makes it possible to simplify the process for forming the pattern since the process of separately applying the ultraviolet resin to be used as the resist can be omitted, and forms a micro/nano composite pattern through a single imprint process.

Electric vehicle steering/drive control method, electric vehicle steering/drive control apparatus, and electric vehicle

An electric vehicle steering/drive control method and apparatus having predetermined steering modes defining composite patterns of individual wheel travel paths, whereby the vehicle wheels are controlled independently. The steering modes are determined by different condition equations related to each composite pattern. A steering mode select signal is generated based on a mode selection by a vehicle driver. The steering mode select signal is received by a wheel steering angle computer and a wheel rotation speed computer. Based in part on the steering mode select signal, the wheel steering angle computer generates a signal that is received by a steering motor controller, which in turn controls motors that change the steering angle of the wheels. An actual angle sensor generates a signal based on the actual angle of the wheels and a steering angle comparator receives the actual angle sensor signal. In addition, to move the vehicle in a particular direction and at a particular speed, a speed and direction command signal is also generated based on driver input. This speed and direction command signal is received by a common signal rate of change suppression computer, which generates a signal received by the wheel steering angle computer and a wheel rotation speed computer. Then the wheel rotation speed computer generates a signal based on signals received from the common signal rate of change suppression computer and the steering angle comparator computer. A drive motor controller receives the wheel rotation speed signal and activates drive motors associated with each wheel, thereby causing the wheels to move rotationally.

The method for determining the well pattern and well spacing of the oil reservoir well comprises the following steps: comparing stratums of the overall oil reservoir and dividing sedimentary facies and stratum types; by selecting a sedimentary face and stratum type planar combination mode, calculating water-flooding control levels of different injection-production well patterns corresponding to different sedimentary face and stratum type planar combination modes; determining the sedimentary face and stratum type planar combination mode of different stratum positions of a to-be-measured area and geological reserves at different planar combination modes; calculating the integral water-flooding control level of the to-be-measured area at different injection-production well pattern conditions based on the geological reserves and the water-flooding control levels of different injection-production well patterns; drawing a curve chart of the integral water-flooding control level of the to-be-measured area and the total well amount at different well patterns and different well spacing, and determining the well pattern and the well spacing of the oil reservoir of the to-be-measured area according to the curve chart. By the device and the method disclosed by the invention, reasonable well pattern and well spacing of the oil reservoir are determined; meanwhile, the device and the method are combined with numerical simulation research results to improve the accuracy and reliability of evaluation results.
