The roots and stems are persistently kept after the first generation of hybrids are ripened and harvested, and the roots and stems still retain the heterosis in the hybrids. The roots and stems are continuously kept as germplasm and tillered into seedlings again until the roots and stems have no heterosis as the germplasm. According to the method for fixing rice heterosis provided by the invention, the roots and stems of rice are used for raising rice seedlings, thereby effectively retaining heterosis in original heterotic hybrids, and achieving early seedling and strong seedlings.
