The invention relates to a pyloric state detection system applying signal analysis, and the system comprises a content extraction mechanism which is used for calculating the entity area of a pyloric target based on a received photographing focal length, the overall depth of field, and the number of reference pixels; a radius identification equipment which is connected with a content extraction mechanism and is used for calculating the radial radius of the pyloric target based on the shape of the to-be-analyzed region corresponding to the pyloric target and the entity area of the pyloric target; and an anomaly detection mechanism which is connected with the radius identification equipment and is used for sending a pylorus anomaly instruction when the absolute value of the difference value between the maximum radial radius and the standard pylorus radius exceeds a limit. The pyloric state detection system applying signal analysis is simple to operate and wide in application. The targetedrecognition mode can be adopted to perform recognition operation on the pylorus radius of the patient according to the pylorus shape of the current patient and the pylorus entity area of the currentpatient, whether the pylorus of the current patient is in a diseased state or not can be judged.
