Abstract

The invention relates to ssc-miR-4334-5p used for preparing a kit for detecting foot-and-mouth disease virus infection and a medicine for treating foot-and-mouth disease virus infection. The inventiondiscloses the kit for detecting foot-and-mouth disease virus infection. The kit is used for detecting the expression level of ssc-miR-4334-5p. The kit comprises a fluorescent quantitative PCR primerfor detecting ssc-miR-4334-5p. The fluorescent quantitative PCR primer is prepared from a base sequence miR-4334-5p-F: 5'-CCCTGGAGTGACGGGGGTG-3'. The invention discloses a medicine for treating foot-and-mouth disease virus infection, and the medicine comprises an ssc-miR-4334-5p inhibitor, and the ssc-miR-4334-5p inhibitor comprises mRNA with a sequence of 5'-CACCCCCGUCACUCCAGGG-3'. The kit has the beneficial effects that the expression level of ssc-miR-4334-5p after FMDV infection is detected through fluorescent quantitative PCR, and exploration of a potential non-coding RNA target for diagnosing virus infection is facilitated.
