The method comprises the steps: obtaining configuration parameter information and a model file of adeep learning model, wherein the configuration parameter information comprises a configuration platform identifier; performing hierarchical encapsulation on the deep learning model according to the model file to obtain an encapsulation code template; inputting the configuration parameter information into the encapsulation code template to generate an encapsulation code; sending the encapsulation code to a hosting server, triggering a construction server to call a construction script when the hosting server receives the packaging code, constructing an application program corresponding to the configuration platform identifier through the construction server according to the construction script and the packaging code, and packaging the application program into a code packet.
