The gasket (13) is respectively connected with the upper surface of the supporting body (11) and an elastic node (2), the ascending and descendingof the jack (4) drive the ascending and descending of the bracket (1) and the gasket (13), and the elastic node (2) is further enabled to ascend and descend by combining the elastic force of a spring(3), so that the dismounting of the spring (3) is realized.
