This invention relates to a rapid disassembly and
assembly method for fuel
cell stacks, belonging to the field of fuel
cell technology. The method uses a disassembly and
assembly module composed of pull plates and lifting devices to disassemble and replace faulty battery unit modules in a fuel
cell stack. Specifically, it includes the following steps: installing pull plates on adjacent modules of the faulty battery unit module; placing lifting devices on both sides of the faulty battery unit module, with the mounting surface and working surface of the lifting devices abutting against the pull plates on both sides; activating the lifting devices to drive the adjacent modules of the faulty battery unit module away from each other, leaving space between the adjacent modules for battery unit module replacement; replacing the faulty battery unit module, removing the lifting devices, and restoring the fuel cell stack. Compared with existing technologies, this invention can achieve rapid disassembly and replacement of faulty battery unit modules inside a fuel cell stack without compromising the overall pre-tightening force and airtightness of the stack.
