Problems solved by technology

However, there are still many challenges in the traditional industrial production mode. First, the production site is fixed, and most of the equipment is dedicated to the enterprise, which limits the production efficiency and equipment utilization. Participate in production and innovation; finally, the fixed location of production equipment and the geographical variability of product market demand bring additional costs to the distribution of products
Therefore, although the industry and academia have conducted extensive research and development on the Industrial Internet from different aspects such as mechanical design, sensing technology, data mining, communication technology, and automation control, these works are still limited to the traditional industrial production mode, which is very difficult to achieve. It is difficult to fundamentally realize the development goal of "Industrial Internet"

Abstract

The invention relates to an industrial virtualization production and service architecture based on a network virtualization technology, and belongs to the technical field of industrial Internet. The architecture perfirming steps of putting forward a virtual factory request to a production facility supplier on line through a user unit; and completing optimal mapping of the virtual factory by usinga resource allocation decision program of the decision unit, sending a resource request to the control unit and the computing unit, receiving a request confirmation and feeding back a message, and completing mapping. The industrial field collects state information of production facilities through a sensor and uploads the state information to a computing unit. The calculation unit is used for deciding an optimal control instruction by utilizing specified algorithm logic according to the collected production facility related information and feeding back the optimal control instruction to the production equipment; and finally, the products are conveyed to a warehouse near the designated putting position to be stored. According to the architecture, economic risks of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry can be reduced, and the overall utilization rate of production resources is improved on the premise of meeting customized production requirements of different enterprises.
