The invention provides a self-adaptive robust control method, device and system based on a heterogeneous dual-core PLC. The method comprises the steps that a controller obtains a to-be-corrected motion track of production equipment through a sensor, wherein the to-be-corrected motion track is the actual position of the motor of the production equipment; the controller obtains an expected motion track from a memory, wherein the expected motion track is the motion track of the motor in an ideal state; the controller inputs the to-be-corrected motion track and the expected motion track into a preset model; and the controller applies the compensated force to the motor according to the compensation amount, so that the motor obtains a corrected track on the basis of the to-be-corrected motion track. According to the method, the accuracy of the motion track of the motor is improved, and the production efficiency of the production equipment is guaranteed under the condition of high-speed operation.
