The anti-fouling coating composition contains solidscomprising components that form the anti-fouling film. The solids contain a resin component (A) comprising at least one of: a fluorine-containing copolymer (a1) having a fluorine-containing segment and a fluorine- and silicon-free acrylic-based segment; and a silicon-containing copolymer (a2) having a silicon-containing segment and a fluorine- and silicon-free acrylic-based segment.
