The method comprises the following steps of:measuring two constructed steel pipe concrete columns through positioning; reserving or digging post-cast strip spaces in steel pipes of the two steel pipe concrete columns respectively; processing corresponding deviation correction devices according to the deviation condition of the steel reinforced concrete frame column; mounting the deviation correction devices on the corresponding steel pipeconcrete columns; pouring concrete into the spaces in circular steel pipes of the deviation correction devices and the post-cast strip spaces of the corresponding steel pipe concrete columns; and hoisting the steel reinforced concrete frame column, so that two connecting steel columns of the steel reinforced concrete frame column are mounted on the corresponding deviation correction devices respectively, the axes of the connecting steel columns are coaxial with the axes of the circular steel pipes in the corresponding deviation correction devices, and the deviation correction devices are fixedwith the corresponding connecting steel columns.
