The invention provides a processing method for constructing a shop-floor digital twin and a controller. The processing method comprises the steps that requirements of stakeholders of the shop-floor digital twin are obtained through analysis according to a problem domain model constructed based on the Magic Grid methodology; according to the requirements of the stakeholders, solution domain modelsof subsystems of the shop-floor digital twin are obtained correspondingly; according to the problem domain model and the solution domain models, implementation domain models for implementing the subsystems are obtained correspondingly; and an actual measurement model, a visualization model and a simulation engine of a shop floor are acquired, and integrating is carried out to obtain the shop-floordigital twin. According to the technical scheme, the systematic shop-floor digital twin model is constructed through model-based systems engineering, a system modeling language of the system engineering, the Magic Grid methodology and a modeling tool; and the method has the characteristics of systematization, standardization, reference and reproducibility, and the system expandability, reusability and maintainability can be enhanced.
