The invention discloses a method for arranging seats in a multimedia classroom, which comprises the following steps of: A, designing a database including (a) a computer logic layout table for storinga computer logic layout corresponding to computer physical layouts in the multimedia classroom; (b) an examinee information table which stores examinee related information; (c) an examination subjecttable which stores examination subject related information; (d) an examination session table which stores session information in each examination; (e) an examinee examination seat number table which stores the seat number table during paperless examination and examinee examination; b, function design: (1) establishing the computer logic layout in the multimedia classroom; and (2) carrying out ranking operation according to the computer physical layout in the multimedia classroom.
