Embodiment approach

[0133] As another optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the S345 may further include:

[0134] 2.1) Acquiring an ultrasound image of the target tissue.

[0135] 2.2) Superimposing the image of the puncture needle and the ultrasonic image of the target tissue to obtain a second superimposed image of the target tissue and the puncture needle.

[0136] Specifically, the distance between the preset feature point and the preset reference point in the puncture needle image is used as a superposition parameter of the puncture needle image and the ultrasonic image of the target tissue; according to the superposition parameter, the The image of the puncture needle is superimposed on the ultrasonic image of the target tissue to obtain the superimposed image.

[0137] 2.3) Highlighting the puncture needle image in the second superimposed image.

[0138] In the puncture needle imaging method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, since ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of ultrasonic puncture, in particular to a vibration element array determining method, a puncture needle imaging method and ultrasonic equipment. The vibration element array determining method comprises the following steps of: stimulating a preset vibration element array to emit an ultrasonic wave to a target tissue; judging whether a global shear waveis detected or not; and when the global shear wave can not be detected, regulating the vibration element array used for emitting the ultrasonic wave in an ultrasonic probe so as to determine the distribution of a target vibration element array corresponding to the target tissue. By use of the vibration element array determining method disclosed by the invention, the distribution of the target vibration element array required by the target tissue is confirmed in advance to guarantee that the vibration element array can emit multi-angle ultrasonic wave beams during puncture, the target tissue isstimulated to generate the shear wave which is globally spread, and the problem that due to tissue attenuation, the shear wave can not be effectively spread to the position of the puncture needle, and the image of the puncture needle is not complete and is not clear can be solved. Meanwhile, according to a vibration element array distribution situation, the spreading direction of each shear waveis determined to carry out directional filtering, and imaging accuracy is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ultrasonic puncture technology, in particular to a method for determining a vibrator array, a puncture needle imaging method and an ultrasonic device. Background technique [0002] Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy is a commonly used clinical tissue sampling method. Compared with doctors blindly puncturing according to the anatomical location, ultrasound imaging can display the relative position of the puncture needle and the target lesion in real time, thereby greatly improving the accuracy of puncture. Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy requires observation of the lesion size, shape, location, and the relationship between surrounding blood vessels and organs before puncture. After confirming the target lesion, plan the best puncture site and route. During the puncture process, the position of the puncture needle should be continuously observed, and attention should be paid to avoid piercing the blood vessels, pancreat...
