The method comprises the steps of S1, using line gradient, speed limitation, train parameters and a train reference speed curve as train control system input; S2, in each sampling control period, monitoring and obtaining real-time speed and displacement information of train operation; and S3, designing a prediction control method according to the real-time speed and displacement information of the train, and calculating an operation curve of the train on line to realize energy-saving operation of the train. Modeling is carried out according to a predictive control method by taking energy conservation as a target. In each control step, the optimal control problemis converted into a multi-stage optimal control problem, and then the multi-stage optimal control problem is efficiently solved through a pseudo-spectral method. The optimal control problem of the train in the prediction time domain is repeatedly solved in each step, and the energy-saving train speed curve of the whole travel of the train is obtained on line.
