The method is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, the temperature measurement error of the industrial platinum resistor below 73K is large, and the measurement requirement of higher precision is difficult to meet. The method comprises the following stepsof: measuring the corresponding relationship between the temperature and the resistance value of the industrial platinum resistor by combining a four-lead method and a thermal resistance elimination method; according to the acquired data, fitting to obtain a corresponding formula of the industrial platinum resistor and the temperature value under the temperature zone of 30K to 73K; writing a formula into the acquisition module through computer programming; and using the acquisition module is for realizing temperature measurement in a 30-73K temperature zone range. According to the temperatureacquisition method in the range of 30K to 73K provided by the invention, accurate measurement in a temperature zone can be realized, the measurement error is in the range of 1K, the sensor cost in thefield of low-temperature measurement is greatly reduced, and most of test requirements in low-temperature test can be met.
