The system comprises a box body, and an intelligent control module, a battery state monitoring module, a dangerous gas detection module and an active thermal management and passive fire-fighting module which are arranged in the box body and are electrically connected through wires. Holes and diaphragms are arranged on a cooling liquid conveying pipeline, so that a passive fire-fighting function is achieved. By modifying the structure of an active thermal management liquid conveyingpipeline and optimizing the system function, the temperature of single batteries, the overall temperature of a battery pack, the voltage and current data of the battery pack and the concentration of dangerous gas are monitored in real time; and thermal management is carried out on normal charging and discharging of the battery pack, the single batteries with abnormal temperature are cooled, thermal runaway fire disasters are inhibited, and danger prompting and early warning are carried out on a user through an intelligent control system.
