A rotor yoke part is fixed on a rotating shaft of the structure, a rotor magnetic pole is fixedly arranged on the rotor yoke part, the rotor magnetic pole is composed of permanent magnet poles and ferromagnetic poles which are arranged in a staggered mode, a stator tooth part is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the rotor magnetic pole, an electric exciting winding is placed in a stator groove of the stator tooth part, a stator armature winding is wound on the stator tooth part, the stator tooth part is clamped to a stator yoke part, and the rotating shaft, the rotor yoke part, the permanent magnet poles and the ferromagnetic poles form a rotor. The stator tooth part, the electric excitation winding, the armature winding and the stator yoke part form a stator. An air gap is formed between the stator and the rotor.
