Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: accurately weighing a basal feed and 0.2% by mass of bicyclohexahexanone oxalyl dihydrazone, mixing, adding corn oil, stirring, cooling in a cooling barrel, adding water, stirring andmixing, and granulating by a granulator to obtain a soft granulated feed; and drying at low temperature to obtain the mouse myelin depletion model feed. The invention also provides a mouse myelin depletion model feed and application thereof. The mouse myelin depletion model successfully copies the animal model similar to the pathogenesis of human myelin depletion, and opens up a new way for the research of the pathogenesis of a plurality of sclerosis diseases. Besides, the mouse myelin depletion model can be obtained by feeding the mouse with a simple feed without using a gavage means, which conforms to the animal ethics, thereby providing an animal model research basis for screening drugs for multiple sclerosis diseases.
