The radiator is used for supplying heat to users; and meanwhile, redundant heat is stored in the heat storage equipment, the heat storage equipment is further connected with the radiator, and when the heat supply requirement is high, the heat storage equipment is converted into a heat supply mode so as to guarantee the heat supply requirement.
