Embodiment

[0082] figure 1 It is a flow chart of the day-ahead scheduling method for providing flexible regulation services based on power-to-gas in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 1 As shown, a day-ahead scheduling method based on power-to-gas to provide flexible regulation services, including:

[0083] Step 101: Obtain power-to-gas parameters and current density.

[0084] Step 102: Determine the output voltage of the electrolysis chamber according to the electric-to-gas parameters and current density.

[0085] The electrolytic water link is formed by parallel connection of multiple electrolytic cells, and each electrolytic cell is formed by a series of electrolytic chambers in series. The hydrogen production can be adjusted by controlling the start and stop of the electrolyzer.

[0086] Step 102 specifically includes:

[0087] Determine the output voltage of the electrolytic chamber according to the following formula:

[0088] V cell =E Nerst +η act ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a day-ahead scheduling method and system for providing flexible adjustment service based on electricity-to-gas conversion. The method comprises the steps of determining outputvoltage of an electrolysis chamber according to electricity-to-gas parameters and the current density, determining the power consumption according to the output voltage and the current density of theelectrolysis chamber and the hydrogen production flow according to the power consumption; determining an electricity-to-gas operation constraint condition according to the adjustment ranges of the output voltage, the power consumption, the hydrogen production flow and the current density of the electrolysis chamber; and establishing a day-ahead scheduling model according to the power-to-gas operation constraint condition, solving the day-ahead scheduling model to obtain the power consumption of the power-to-gas system, and performing day-ahead scheduling according to the power consumption of the power-to-gas system. By adopting the method and the system, the operation characteristics of the water electrolysis link are considered, and the operation flexibility of the power system is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of flexible dispatching of power systems, in particular to a day-ahead dispatching method and system for providing flexible regulation services based on power-to-gas. Background technique [0002] With the substantial increase in the proportion of renewable energy power generation, the volatility and uncertainty experienced by the system operation will increase accordingly. The net load curve of the system is steeper than the actual load curve, and a "duck curve" appears. The two consequences caused by the high proportion of renewable energy access to the power system are: 1) The requirement for the ramp-up of online generator sets is increased; 2) The system has a shortage of ramp-up capability. [0003] In order to solve the problem of the shortage of system ramping capacity, the independent system operator in California proposed a flexible adjustment service to improve scheduling flexibility. There have ...
