Embodiment 1
[0031] Embodiment 1, the steam distillation method extracts the essential oil of Cymbidium japonica
[0032] (1) Weigh 100g of the freesia flower, put it into a 1L round bottom flask with a funnel, and then add distilled water to submerge the freesia flower material (about 200-300ml distilled water) (the total volume of the flower and distilled water cannot exceed the volume of the round bottom flask. 2 / 3, in case the material is flushed out of the bottle due to boiling during distillation).
[0033] (2) Add about 4 mL of an appropriate amount of organic solvent n-hexane into the oil-water separator, and heat for about 4 hours to complete the distillation.
[0034] (4) Leave it to stand for about 20 minutes. After the essential oil is dissolved in the organic solvent (n-hexane), take the upper organic solvent in the oil-water separator, put it into a collection bottle cleaned by ultrasonic waves, and then remove the organic solvent through natural volatilization to finally obt...
Embodiment 2
[0035] Embodiment 2, research on the antibacterial activity of Fragrant Snowberry essential oil
[0036] 1 Preparation of culture medium
[0037] Bacterial culture uses LB medium: to prepare per liter of medium, add: tryptone 10g, yeast extract 5g, sodium chloride 10g to 950mL of deionized water, make the volume to 1000mL and shake the container until the solute is dissolved. Use 1mol / L NaOH to adjust the pH to 7.0, and then sterilize with steam and high pressure steam at 121°C for 20 minutes after dispensing. Solid medium: Add 15g of agar powder on the basis of liquid medium, and after aliquoting, sterilize under high pressure steam at 121°C for 20 minutes.
[0038] YPD medium is used for fungal culture: dissolve 10g of yeast extract and 20g of peptone in 900mL of water, and add 20g of agar powder to make a plate. After packaging, sterilize under high-pressure steam at 121°C for 20 minutes, and add 100 mL of prepared 20% glucose solution when used.
[0039] Bottom agar: Me...

Abstract
The invention provides freesia hybrida essential oil with antibacterial activity as well as a preparation method and application of the freesia hybrida essential oil. The freesia hybrida essential oilis obtained by distilling and extracting freesia hybrida flowers in a blooming period by adopting a steam distillation method. The results of antibacterial and bacteriostatic drug sensitivity tests,a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and a minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) show that the essential oil has an antibacterial effect on bacteria (escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis and the like) and fungi (candida albicans, Shenkei sporidium, trichophyton rubrum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and the like), and presents a broad-spectrum inhibition effect on bacteria and fungi. Therefore, it is found that the freesia hybrida essential oil can be used for development and application of sterilization products and daily products.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of daily product manufacture, and in particular relates to a plant essential oil with broad-spectrum bactericidal effect. Background technique [0002] Bacteria and fungi are ubiquitous in nature, most of which are directly or indirectly beneficial to humans, but a few species are harmful to the environment, humans and animals. Infectious diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses are still a serious threat to human health, and some of them are difficult to completely control . For example, due to the increase of drug resistance of pathogenic microorganisms and adverse reactions, the clinical application of existing antibiotics and chemically synthesized antibacterial drugs is subject to many restrictions, and the consequences are becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it has become a trend to look for highly effective and low-toxic antibacterial substances from natural comp...
