The invention provides a degradable mulching film. The mulching film is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-40 percent of composite bio-based modified plant extract, 20-60 percent of starch, 10-30 percent of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 percent of polyester, 5-25 percent of plasticizer, less than or equal to 0.4 percent of a reinforcing agent, less than or equal to 0.5 percent of a wet strength agent and less than or equal to 0.1 percent of a defoaming agent. A preparation method of the degradable mulching film comprises the following steps: preparing a composite bio-based modified plant extract; uniformly mixing the raw materials and granulating; and performing blow molding to form the film. According to the mulching film, pollution on soil caused by application of the mulching film can be effectively relieved, crop growth can be facilitated, a positive effect is played on agricultural production, the bio-degradation rate of a residual film which is used for four months can be over 85 percent, injurious insects can be repelled, breeding of injurious insects can be inhibited, and hazards and mycosis transmission can be reduced. The degradable mulching film has the characteristics of low cost, low energy consumption and comprehensive functions; the preparation process is simple and low in cost, and can realize effective utilization of raw material resources.

According to the invention, innovation is created based on anaerobism-aerobism of conventional purifying factory biochemical sewage treatment processes, and a sewage pretreatment step realized by hydrolytic acidification is added, thus water quality and quantity are effectively adjusted, the biodegradability of the sewage is greatly raised, and favorable conditions are created for posttreatment of the sewage; in the stage of subsequent treatment, the anaerobic-aerobic segment is changed into an aerobic-anaerobic segment, the sewage retention time is greatly reduced, the volume of treatment building is correspondingly reduced, thus the engineering investment is saved, and the workload of maintenance management is reduced.

The invention provides lipophilic slow release fertilizer used for modifying environmental creatures in oil pollution positions and a preparation method for the fertilizer. The composition comprises granular nitrogen fertilizer, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, trace elements, polyvinyl alcohol, vegetable oil and fillers. The granular nitrogen fertilizer is placed in a barrate coating machine; the calcium dihydrogen phosphate, the trace elements and the fillers are mixed uniformly and placed in a feeding tank of the coating machine; the polyvinyl alcohol is prepared as water solution with the concentration of 15 percent, poured into an elevated tank of the coating machine and at the same time rotating speed and the temperature are set; the coating machine and an air compressor are started and the water solution is sprayed on a granular surface of nitrogenous fertilizer according to the set rotating speed and the temperature; meanwhile, the mixture of the calcium dihydrogen phosphate, the trace elements and the fillers are continuously sprinkled and the coating machine and the air compressor are heated to be rotated and the mixture is dried; the vegetable oil is dropped gradually and the two machines continue to rotate and then the coating machine and the air compressors are stopped; the temperature of the mixtures is decreased to room temperature to finish the products. The fertilizer can be attached to the oil and can slowly release the nutrients to maintain the constant growth of bacteria cells, thus remarkably promoting modifying efficiency of the creatures in the oil pollution places.

The remote high-voltage pulse nanosecond switch comprises an organic glass shell, an electrode disk, a cathode, an anode, a triggering electrode, an electromagnet, a refined rapeseed oil serving as an insulating medium and a remote triggering and controlling system. The cathode, the anode and the electrode disk are tightly fixed together through bolts; the head of an electromagnet shell is provided with a thread and is connected with the organic glass shell of the switch; the tail end of an electromagnet core is connected with the triggering electrode through an organic glass rod; and the remote triggering and controlling system consists of a wireless remote controller, a receiving antenna, a high-frequency receiving module packaged in a metallic shield shell, a decoding integrated circuit (IC), a driving circuit, a relay and a storage battery. According to the remote high-voltage pulse nanosecond switch, radio signals emitted from the controller are received by the antenna, transmitted to the high-frequency receiving module and decoded by the decoding IC, the relay is driven by the driving circuit to energize the electromagnet and push the triggering electrode to move towards a main electrode, so that quick high voltage discharging is safely, reliably and conveniently realized, and a pulse wave form of which the rising edge is a nanosecond level is formed.

The present invention provides a method for detecting biochemical oxygen demand. Active sludge, surface water, domestic waste water, or industrial waste water comprising microorganism is taken as a water sample with microorganism in the method provided by the present invention. The water sample with microorganism is cultivated to obtain a microorganism film. The blank water sample and the target water sample are made to pass through the microorganism film respectively. The dissolved oxygen reduction current values of the blank water sample and the target water sample are detected. The difference value between the dissolved oxygen reduction current value of the target water sample and that of the blank water sample is obtained. On the basis of the difference value and the predetermined standard curve, the biochemical oxygen demand of the target water sample is acquired. The method provided by the present invention adopts active sludge, surface water, domestic waste water, or industrial waste water comprising microorganism as the water sample with microorganism. The environmental adaptability of the prepared microorganism film is strong, so that one or more of tap water, well water, atmospheric water, or ground water may serve as medium to maintain the physiological activity with no need of providing a buffer solution system.
