Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic control device for a surface light projection type photocuring 3D printer and an application method of the electromagnetic control device. The 3D printer comprises a feeding system and a printing system, wherein the feeding system conveys a resin material mixed with photosensitive resin and magnetized chopped fibers to the printing system; the printing system forms a printing layer; according to pre-received material arrangement angle information, the electromagnetic control device determines the magnetic field direction of the material, so that the magnetized chopped fibers in the printing layer are orderly arranged under the action of a magnetic field; and the printing system generates a light source and carries out curing treatment on the resinmaterial of the printing layer. According to the electromagnetic control device, the designability of the interlayer and intra-layer structures of a surface light projection type 3D additive manufacturing finished product can be enhanced.
