The production system comprises a conveying device, an inclined roller conveying device, a getter adhesion device, a thin film pressing device and a vacuum encapsulation device, wherein the inclined roller conveying device, the getter adhesion device, the thin film pressing device and the vacuum encapsulation device are arranged on the conveying device in the core material conveying direction. The inclined roller conveying device is used for aligning a core material; the getter adhesion device is used for adhering a getter to the core material; the thin film pressing device is used for pressing a high-resistance getter thin film with the size higher than that of the core material to the upper surface ofthe core material; and the vacuum encapsulation device is used for encapsulating the high-resistance getter thin film on the periphery of the core material. By placing the core material in a vacuum sealed isolation chamber for encapsulation, few bubbles can be generated after the high-resistance getter thin film is encapsulated on the periphery of the core material, and therefore, the effect thatthe core material is wrapped with the high-resistance getter thin film is improved.
