Problems solved by technology

However, frozen gait detection can only intervene after the occurrence of frozen gait. This kind of intervention is late and has a certain delay. It cannot prevent the occurrence of frozen gait in time, and has limited effect on actually improving the symptoms of frozen gait.
However, due to the relatively low accuracy rate of frozen gait prediction, false positives are prone to occur, and the intervention after prediction cannot completely avoid the occurrence of frozen gait, so the simple frozen gait prediction is not effective in practical applications.
In addition, the frozen gait detection or prediction methods disclosed in the above patents only focus on the frozen gait that occurs during walking, but the frozen gait not only occurs during walking, but also often occurs when starting
[0006] In summary, there is currently no device that can predict and detect frozen gait at the same time, and there is no device and method that can identify both frozen gait during walking and the frozen gait when starting

Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for preventing and relieving freezing gaits of patients with Parkinson's disease. The device comprises an acceleration sensor, plantar pressure sensors, a mobile terminal, a vibration node and a vibration force sensitive insole. The method comprises a method for constructing a freezing gait prediction and detection model and a method for preventing and removing freezing gaits of patients with Parkinson's disease based on the freezing gait prediction and detection model. Motion modes of the patients are monitored in real time through the plantar pressure sensors placed on the vibration force sensitive insole, the freezing gait prediction and detection model of the different motion modes are trained and verified based on acceleration signals, a prediction is made rapidly before the freezing gaits are about to happen, and a detection judgment is made accurately when the freezing gaits are already happened. Rhythmed tactile prompts are provided by combining the vibration node placed on the vibration force sensitive insole, so that the gaits of the patients are prevented from further deteriorating and the patients are helped to recover normal walking ability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of sensing technology, biomedical engineering, medical and health care, etc., in particular to a device and method for preventing and releasing frozen gait of patients with Parkinson's disease. Background technique [0002] Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder that affects patients' daily lives. Freezing of gait (freezing gait) is one of the common symptoms of PD and is an important cause of falls in PD patients. Freezing gait is characterized by "transient, intermittent absence or marked reduction in forward velocity of the foot despite an intention to walk". Usually, the frozen gait lasts for a short period of time, and external environmental stimuli, drug treatment, and anxiety will all affect the occurrence of frozen gait in patients with Parkinson's disease. The most common frozen gaits are freezing at the start and freezing during walking ( Such as starting, turning around, double d...
