Each rotor comprises a rotor iron core and a rotor permanent magnet, a cup-shaped rotor supporting disc is embedded in the outer ends of the rotor iron core and the rotor permanent magnet, and a rotating shaft is arranged among the rotor iron core, the rotor permanent magnet and the rotor supporting disc. The casing comprises a wiring terminal and a water inlet and outlet which are arranged at the end of the casing body, and the water inlet and outlet is communicated with a casing cooling pipeline arranged in the casing.
