Problems solved by technology

Currently, there are only two optimal dispatching methods for cascade hydropower stations, namely dispatching considering flood control and dispatching considering economic benefits. These two dispatching methods only consider economic and social benefits. After the operation, the ecological environment of the watershed has been damaged to varying degrees due to the neglect of the impact on the ecological environment of the river
From the perspective of the current optimal dispatching of cascade hydropower stations and the protection of river ecosystems, it can be found that there are two main problems in the current optimal dispatching of cascade hydropower stations. One is that the optimal dispatching of cascade hydropower stations lacks consideration of the downstream requirements for ecological protection and water environment protection in the reservoir area; second, the unified regulation and management system for water resources is relatively deficient

Embodiment Construction

[0053] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0054] A cascaded hydropower multi-stage optimal scheduling method, comprising the following steps:

[0055] (1) Establish a model with the max-min mathematical algorithm, determine each single objective function, including the first objective function, the second objective function, the third objective function and the fourth objective function, and obtain the initial optimal scheduling benefit;

[0056] (2) Establish a model with a risk assessment algorithm, determine each single objective function, including the first objective function, the second objective function, the third objective function and the fourth objective function, and obtain the predicted hydroelectric flow trend;

[0057] (3) Combining the benefits of initial optimal scheduling in step (1) and the forecasted hydropower flow trend in step (2), considering the daily optimal scheduling of water flow delays...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cascade hydropower multi-stage optimal scheduling method, and belongs to the technical field of optimal scheduling. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a model by using a maxmin mathematical algorithm, and determining each single objective function to obtain an initial optimal scheduling benefit; (2) establishing a model by using a risk assessment algorithm, and determining each single objective function to obtain a predicted hydropower flow trend; (3) in combination with the initial optimal scheduling benefit in the step (1) and the predicted hydropower flow trend in the step (2), considering the daily optimal scheduling situation of water flow delay, determining each single objective function, and determining hydropower outbound constraint constraints; (4) solving the hydropower outbound constraint limit determined in the step (3) to obtain a dispatching process of the cascade hydropower station; (5) performing convergence calculation on the scheduling process of the cascade hydropower station determined in the step (4) by adopting a successive approximation algorithm. The invention provides a cascade hydropower multi-stage optimal scheduling method, and provides a feasible theoretical and technical guarantee for real-time scheduling of cascade hydropower stations.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of optimal dispatching, and in particular relates to a cascade hydropower multi-stage optimal dispatching method. Background technique [0002] The optimal dispatching of cascade hydropower stations is a complex decision-making process with multiple objectives, multiple attributes, multiple levels, and multiple stages, not only related to the entire river basin, but also closely connected with the ecology downstream of the dam. Currently, there are only two optimal dispatching methods for cascade hydropower stations, namely dispatching considering flood control and dispatching considering economic benefits. These two dispatching methods only consider economic and social benefits. After operation, the ecological environment of the watershed has been damaged to varying degrees due to the neglect of the impact on the ecological environment of the river. From the perspective of the current optimal dispatching o...
