The method comprises steps of querying an uplink device associated with an access device based on a two-layer topological relation according to the parameter information of the device; circularly inquiring the uplink device corresponding to the uplink device till a termination device meeting a preset condition is inquired or the maximum hop count is exceeded; and if the termination device meeting the preset condition is queried, obtaining path information from the access device to the termination device according to the access device, the corresponding uplink device and the path information to the termination device. According to the method, the business path meeting the requirement can be automatically selected, manual operation steps of operators are reduced, labor cost is greatly reduced, convenience is provided for the operators, meanwhile, some errors caused by manual operation are avoided, effective technical support is provided for service opening and maintenance of metropolitan area network Internet private lines and the like, and fine management of operator networks is improved.
