Abstract

The invention discloses a bra for a patient during and after radiotherapy of breast cancer. The bra comprises a bra body, wherein a neck protection sleeve is arranged on the bra body; sleeves are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bra body; transparent windows are symmetrically arranged on the chest of the bra body; chest radiation-proof sheets are movably connected to the two transparent windows respectively; and gauze areas are arranged at armpits of the bra body. When the patient wears the bra body, the neck protection sleeve protects the neck, particularly thyroid, of the patient, and the chest radiation-proof sheets are movably connected to the transparent windows on the chest; when radiotherapy irradiation needs to be performed on the breasts of an affected part, the chest radiation-proof sheets at the position of the affected part are detached, and radiotherapy irradiation is performed through the transparent windows; and when radiation dermatitis of the armpits needs to be relieved and treated, the armpit radiation-proof sheets are detached, and a fan on a supporting plate dissipates heat of the armpits of the patient through the gauze areas under the control of a control module.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of radiotherapy bras, in particular to a bra for breast cancer patients during and after radiotherapy. Background technique [0002] Scattered rays generated during radiotherapy will inevitably cause radiation damage to patients, the common ones are radiation bone marrow damage, radiation dermatitis, and radiation damage to hematopoietic organs and even important organs. How to avoid radiation damage to normal organs is particularly important. Among them, radiation dermatitis is inflammatory damage to the skin and mucous membranes caused by radiation (mainly β and γ rays, X-rays and electron rays), and is common in patients receiving radiation therapy. Radiation dermatitis is an almost inevitable complication in external radiation therapy for malignant tumors. Once it occurs, it will cause the patient's skin protection to decline, especially the anti-infection and anti-friction ability. Skin infection and ab...
