The method comprises the following steps: collecting user related data information, constructing a corpus, recording each word in the corpus as a user feature, and extracting a topic through linear discriminant analysis; adopting a genetic algorithm, employing each chromosome for representing one topic selection, calculating the suitability between the topic and the user features based on a vector space model, and constructing a user knowledge structure; and finally, transforming the user knowledge structures into coordinate matrixes by adopting a multi-dimensional calibration method, performing weighting processing on the transformed coordinate matrixes by utilizing a genetic algorithm to obtain weights corresponding to themes in each coordinate matrix, calculating a hydrophilic-hydrophobic relationship among the user knowledge structures, and constructing a knowledge graph.
