The method comprises the steps: constructing a software credibility proof structure based on GSN expression to obtain a main body frame; constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system, and converting the main body framework into structural elements of each layer in the index system; constructing a credible grade division model for the index system to obtain an identification framework of the D-S evidence theory; calculating a mass function value of the evidence; measuring conflicts among the evidences, and adjusting a mass function value; fusing the evidences to obtain a mass value of the index layer; calculating a mass function value of the current criterion layer; calculating the mass function value of the total target based on the mass function value of the criterion; and calculating a total target score value and a total target reliability interval.
