Abstract
The invention discloses a new function of cediranib (CED), namely application of the cediranib (CED) in the technical field of tumor cell radiosensitization drugs in cooperation with X-ray radiation. A radiation sensitizer containing the cediranib has the effects of inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and inducing tumor cell apoptosis in cooperation with X-ray radiation. Therefore, the required radiation dose for X-ray irradiation on tumor cells can be reduced, and apoptosis of more tumor cells can be promoted. Therefore, the invention provides a potential application value of cediranib in preparation of radiotherapy sensitization drugs.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a new application of cediranib (Cediranib, CED), in particular to the application of cediranib in the preparation of X-ray radiation sensitizing drugs. Background technique [0002] Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. In 2018, the number of new cases worldwide reached 2.09 million, and the number of deaths exceeded 1.76 million. The morbidity and mortality rank first among all cancers. Lung cancer is divided into non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. Non-small cell lung cancer is the most common type, accounting for about 80%-85% of lung cancer cases. It has the characteristics of poor prognosis, and the five-year survival rate is less than 15% [Hirsch FR , Scagliotti GV, Mulshine JL, Kwon R, Curran WJ, Jr, WuYL, Paz-Ares L. Lung cancer: current therapies and new targeted treatments. Lancet 2017, 389: 299-311]. However, the incidence of lung cancer is hidden, more than 60% Most of t...
