The production line printing device comprises a machine body, wherein a driving wheel, driven wheels and a pressing shaft are arranged in the machine body; adjusting wheels are movably mounted on the front sides of the driven wheels; a printing disc is fixedly mounted under the pressing shaft; a placement table is arranged in the machine body and is positioned under the printing disc; a placement tank is arranged in the placement table; a rotary body and pressing rods are arranged in the placement tank; and fixed blocks are arranged on the two sides of the placement table. According to the production line printing device for production of clothing disclosed by the invention; the driving wheel is driven through a motor to be rotated clockwise, so that the adjusting wheels are driven by the driven wheels to be rotated clockwise; the left adjusting wheel is engaged with a toothed section of the pressing shaft, the pressing shaft is moved downwards, so that garment pieces are printed through driving of the printing disc; and after the printing is finished, the right adjusting wheel is engaged with the toothed section of the pressing shaft, and the printing disc is lifted, so that automatic printing is realized, and the printing working efficiency of clothing is improved.
