Abstract

The invention relates to a rapid cooling device for a heat treatment sample, which belongs to the technical field of metal heat treatment. The device is composed of a stainless steel flange, a bottom bracket, a cooling chamber and a cooling air channel. The stainless steel flange is provided with an inlet channel and an outlet channel for connecting the gas pipelines inside and outside the heating furnace, and the bottom bracket is installed on the stainless steel flange. On, the cooling chamber is fixed on the surface of the base. During cooling, the cooling gas passes through the gas nozzles arranged symmetrically on the inner wall of the cooling chamber to uniformly cool each surface of the sample, and the cooling intensity can be adjusted to meet the experimental requirements of different samples and different heat treatment processes by adjusting the flow rate of argon gas. The rapid cooling device adopted in the present invention has adjustable cooling efficiency, is convenient for refitting and maintenance, and has high safety.
