Abstract

The bonding process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) adhesive selection: carrying out bonding repair by adopting polyurethane 101 glue; (2) surface treatment of polypropylene; (3) surface treatment of an iron plate, wherein three holes are drilled in the front face of the iron plate at equal intervals through a phi3 drill bit, then the iron plate is put into a hydrochloric acid solution with a mass fraction of 5-8% for soaking for 5-8 min, and after the iron plate is taken out, the iron plate is washed through running water and is then dried; and (4) implementation of the bonding process: 1, uniformly blending a component A and a component B of the polyurethane 101 glue according to a mass ratio of the component A to the component B of 100: 30; 2, coating the adhered surface of the iron plate with a layer of a glue solution, conducting airing, pouring the glue solution into a groove due to the fact that a polypropylene piece is in a groove shape, then putting the iron plate into the groove for adhesion, adding the glue solution to enable the glue solution to be flush with the iron plate, injecting the glue solution into the hole of the iron plate, and applying a force of 30-50 N for press fitting; and 3, conducting curing at a room temperature of 60-80 DEG C for 20-24 h.
