Abstract

A feedback tuning system for a photonic system, a corresponding method and a storage medium are provided. The system includes a processing unit that executes executable instructions to perform operations including: determining a temperature of a photonic device in the photonic system; determining a tuning input for tuning the photonic device based on a feedback model and the determined temperature of the photonic device; and providing the tuning input to a tuning device for feedback tuning of the photonic device, wherein the feedback tuning includes thermal tuning and / or electrical tuning. By utilizing the scheme of the invention, the bit error rate of the photon system can be greatly improved, the energy efficiency is improved, the power consumption and space are saved, and the system is more universal.
