Abstract

The invention provides a method for calculating the influence of the microbubble size on the hydrodesulfurization effect of an oil product, and the method comprises the following steps: (A) constructing a hydrodesulfurization macroscopic reaction kinetic equation, (B) when other reactions in which hydrogen participates are not considered, establishing a mass transfer equilibrium equation according to the equal relationship between the oxygen mass transfer rate and the reaction consumption rate, (C) establishing a liquid phase reactant concentration mathematical model, (D) establishing a relational expression between PA and FA in the equation (2), and calculating the actual CA and CB sizes of a system when the size of the microbubbles is fixed by combining the equation with the concentrations CA0 and CB0 at a known reactor inlet so as to embody the influence of the size of the microbubbles on the hydrodesulfurization reaction effect.
