Abstract

The invention discloses an energy storage configuration and cost analysis method for supporting new energy consumption of a power system. The power system comprises energy storage, wind power, photovoltaic power, thermal power, hydropower and a load, the wind power and the photovoltaic power form new energy, and the thermal power and the hydropower form a conventional unit. The method comprises the following steps:firstly, establishing a mathematical model of new energy output, and analyzing installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power and output characteristics under multiple time scales; according to the historical load data, predicting and considering the load demand quantity of the power system under different time scales; according to the electric power and electric quantity balance relation, calculating unbalanced power between the load and the new energy, and establishing a refined mathematical model of energy storage; and finally, based on the cost data of wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, thermal power generation and hydroelectric power generation, analyzing the influence of different energy storage configurations and energy storage costs on the total cost of the power system by taking the comprehensive operation cost of the power system as a target.
