When the two electromagnetic valves are closed at the same time, the hydraulic cylinder acts and is locked, when one electromagnetic valve is closed, the hydraulic cylinder can only act in one direction and is locked in the other direction, and the photovoltaic tracking controller controls rotation of the electric driver and opening and closing of the two single-phase electromagnetic valves.
