Abstract

The invention relates to a material extrusion crusher. The material extrusion crusher comprises a rack, a power assembly, a grinding disc assembly, a driving assembly and a discharging housing. The power assembly and the discharging housing are arranged on the rack, and the grinding disc assembly is arranged between the power assembly and the discharging housing; the power assembly is provided with a plurality of telescopic pieces; and the grinding disc assembly comprises an upper conical grinding disc and a lower conical grinding disc, the upper conical grinding disc is connected with the plurality of telescopic pieces, the lower conical grinding disc is arranged below the upper conical grinding disc and connected with the driving assembly, and a material channel is formed between the upper conical grinding disc and the lower conical grinding disc. The driving assembly comprises a driving piece and a transmission piece, and the driving piece is connected with the lower conical grinding disc through the transmission piece so as to drive the lower conical grinding disc to rotate. The discharging housing corresponds to the grinding disc assembly. By means of the material extrusion crusher, materials can be continuously ground and crushed, machined material particles are finally close to a round particle structure, the number of times of returning and crushing of the materials is reduced, the aim of improving the grinding efficiency is achieved, and meanwhile the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved.
