Abstract

The invention discloses a health state on-line monitoring circuit of a power device. The health state on-line monitoring circuit comprises a sampling resistor and a voltage signal acquisition circuit, wherein the sampling resistor is connected in series with a gate driving loop of the tested power device, the input end of the voltage signal acquisition circuit is connected in parallel with the two ends of the sampling resistor, and the output end of the voltage signal acquisition circuit is connected to the on-line monitoring equipment for the health state of the tested power device. A sampling resistor connected in series with a gate driving loop of a tested power device and a voltage signal acquisition circuit used for detecting voltages at two ends of the sampling resistor are utilized to acquire the change condition of gate leakage current of the tested power device in the switching process in real time; therefore, the output end of the voltage signal acquisition circuit is connected with a controller or a detection device so as to achieve on-line evaluation of the health state of the detected power device.
