A slag hopper is arranged below the pyrolysis gasifier and connected with the feeding port of the slag discharging device, and ash slag is conveyed to the feeding port to be conveyed to the discharging port through the thrust of a screw shaft. The feeding port is formed below the pyrolysis gasifier and used for conveying the ash slag generated after pyrolysis gasification to the slag discharging device, and the ash slag is discharged out of the slag discharging device from a slag outlet and then falls to the slag conveying vehicle through the thrust of the horizontal screw.
