The lignin-containing wool fabric shrink-resistant finishing liquid is prepared, and after a wool fabric is subjected to shrink-resistant finishing through the finishing liquid, the initial setting retention rate of the wool fabric reaches 97% or above; and after 10 times of water washing, the setting retention rate of the fabric can still reach 95% or above.
