Abstract

According to the forming method, a sheet is formed into a metal member in a preset process by using a mold with a concave part matched with a specified shape. The mold comprises a supporting frame, a bearing part arranged on the supporting frame, a sunken part formed by inwards sinking from the surface, away from the supporting frame, of the bearing part and a fixing assembly used for fixedly arranging the sheet on the bearing part, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a blank holder, and the end, away from the sunken part, of the blank holder is fixedly connected with the bearing part. The bearing part and the blank holder jointly define a containing space used for containing the edge of the sheet, the sheet is arranged in a forming device after being mounted on a mold and sealed, and the metal member is obtained through a heating procedure, a deep drawing deformation procedure and a creep deformation correction procedure. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the thin-wall metal member can be integrally formed, and the use reliability of the metal member is improved.
