Abstract
The invention discloses a part replacement cycle timing and reminding method, system and device, and the system comprises: a timing module which is connected with a reminding module and is used for starting timing when a machine starts to work, stopping timing when the machine stops working, calculating the working time of the machine, and transmitting the working time of the machine to the reminding module; the reminding module that is used for receiving the machine working time sent by the timing module and sending out reminding when the machine working time is greater than or equal to a set period; and the updating module that is connected with the timing module and is used for updating the timing time of the timing module after the parts are replaced. The locomotive part use time can be more accurately counted, predictive maintenance is convenient to implement, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, errors are prevented, and the part use time recording efficiency is improved.
