The xanthine oxidase inhibitor provided by the invention is prepared from at least two of eupatoriochromene, cumyl alcohol and 1, 5, 8-p-menthatriene. The XO inhibitor provided by the invention can form a Pi-alkyl group and a Pi-Pi conjugated double bond with an active center of XO, eupatochromene and cumyl alcohol can form a Van der Waals force with the active center of XO, and in the presence of the intermolecular acting force, the XO inhibitor is inserted into hydrophobic gaps of XO to occupy a catalytic active center of the XO, so that the substrate is prevented from entering and the original function of the substrate is lost.
